Central location with the choice eating in the bar or in the restaurant
We were accommodated in an attic room which was very small. we had difficulty in getting into the Shower room which was unheated.Access was by corridors and stairs which varied from very cold to lukewarm. We certainly would not go there again.

The breakfast was good.
Tiny double room(24) and tiny bathroom which needs redecorated, like the rest of the hotel.

Clean room and helpful staff, but steep stairs made it tricky for me as a solo traveler.

The breakfast had lots of food, like cereal, fruit, toast and croissants. I enjoyed the beds, they were good, and how pleasant and efficient the staff was. This accommodation was in the central location right in the heart of town. Moreover, it was right by shops, all the restaurants in the area, Aberfeldy.

the location.
the family room was spacious, unfortunatly the laundry room must have been below it as all night i could hear a dryer switch on and off. There was no shower , which really is no use for a family unless there is a never ending supply of hot water for several baths. the whole place could be doing with an upgrade. I thought it was overpriced for what it was.

comfortable stay but check-in was slow
The room was well-designed with modern touches that I appreciated. The location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions with great access to local sights.
Check-in took longer than expected, frustrating.

Very poor room (nothing like photos which looked excellent), electric heating didn't work, single bed that had a 20cm (9") gap between the end of the bed and headboard - had to fill gap with clothes to put pillows against the headboard in order to read. Entire room looked as if it had been done in the 1950's and not updated since. Poor window and thin curtain so we had noise from outside until 1.30am. Stains on breakfast tablecloth. On internet advert a note of special diet menus available on request - we made the request together with a request for a menu on the booking sheet but received no e-mail reply and the member of staff at breakfast had no idea of any request or the other options. Breakfast - bacon, sausage and bread were acceptable quality - fried bread was fat soaked. We ended by thinking of it as 'Fawlty Towers' and simply laughing it off rather than stressing over the poor standards.

My host was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My room was spotlessly clean and had everything i needed. I really appreciated her help with my queries. It's also in a nice village.

Good value for money and the woman who treated us very nice.
That even though everything was signposted, it looked like a maze. To carry the suitcases was a little uncomfortable.

The main thing was it was nice and quiet. I liked the fact that there was no noisy fridge in the room. Having a bath was great. The breakfast was very good. Love the grapefruit juice and marmilade as they were not too sweet. The eggs were very good also. The staff at breakfast were efficient and friendly. The price was good and within my budget. I like deals. It would be good if they had a dinner and breakfast deal for single stays as well as couples. Keeping the price reasonable is one of the most important things for me as I am lower income.
The dinning room was not heated and it was too cold a few times. My room only had a bath which was great but a shower over the bath would have been good. If I had to choice between the two I would choose to have a bath.
